The International Energy Agency (IEA) said that Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) could aid in calming oil markets if they increased their pumping of the crude oil.
The Paris-based agency, Brent Crude, said in its monthly oil report, “These risks, which have broad economic implications, could be reduced if producers in the Middle East with spare capacity were to compensate for those running out."
