RIYADH— The World Bank Group's Doing Business 2020 report rated Saudi Arabia as the world's top facility for business growth.
The report indicates that in "Trading Across Borders" Saudi Arabia has jumped 72 global positions, an indicator that compares the time and cost of exporting and importing goods.
