A man was fined S$5,000 for moving a live pangolin from Upper Seletar Reservoir Park to Lower Peirce Reservoir, probably for its security

Chong Soo Yong, 56, confessed to one charge under the Parks and Trees Act of dislodging the pangolin at about 1.30 am on Oct 6 a year ago.
