Singapore’s Ministry of Health Investigating the Matter of a Woman Being Given the 4th Dose of Covid-19

Singapore's Ministry of Health is now conducting a thorough investigation of an incident in which a 103-year-old woman in the Chai Chee Nursing Home was mistakenly given the fourth dose of Covid-19 vaccination.

The woman was a resident at the ECON Healthcare Home when a mobile vaccination team of the PanCare Medical Clinic gave her the fourth dose of vaccination in December.

The woman passed away in the following month.....
