The Swedish Energy Agency (SEA) and the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) today concluded a Partnership agreement on the grounds of COP25 to begin the Program Mobilizing Article 6 Trading Structures (MATS), a pilot project aimed at developing Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. This new partnership aims to catalyze international trade in mitigation results in favour of the Paris Agreement's expanded climate ambitions.
