Taiwan’s ITRI draws plans for self-driving electric buses

The Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) of Taiwan has signed an agreement with Mobiletron Electronics Co., Ltd. on Friday, December 27 in order to jointly collaborate the design and manufacturing of 10 self-driving electric buses.

Sources allege the first vehicle could not roll off the assembly line as early as the first quarter of the next year, based on a report by CNA.
