On Tuesday, Thailand became the first Asian country to decriminalize Marijuana. However, authorities have yet to clarify a few details regarding its recreational use.
The Health Minister of Thailand, Anutin Charnvirakul, said that the Narcotics Control Board had decided to drop cannabis from the list of controlled drugs at the ministry.
The delisting now needs to be formally signed by the Minister of Health before coming in....
