The central bank in Taiwan perceived its exit rates unchanged as growth prospects improved

Taipei: A Reuters survey showed that, despite a protracted trade war between the United States and China, the export outlook is slowly growing in the future. The central bank in Taiwan will remain steady for a 14th consecutive year.

All 15 economists surveyed said they predicted that the Central Bank would retain its benchmark discount rate of 1,375pc, where its policy council convened on Thursday after June 2016.
