A 16-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped at a hotel in Bilaspur four months ago by six persons, including the Congress youth wing president of Manendragarh district in Chhattisgarh.
The incident took place four months ago.
The president of the Congress Youth Wing and three others have been arrested.
Police are looking for two more suspects in the case.
