The House panel probing the January 6 attack on the Capitol used its subpoena power for the first time in the former Trump adviser's sentencing.
On Friday, a federal judge sentenced former Trump strategist Steve Bannon to four months in prison for contempt of Congress for his failure to cooperate with a House committee investigating the attack on the Capitol on January 6.
The committee has probably gained more leverage ....
