The United Nation’s new report assesses the gap between fossil fuels production and climate change goals

The United Nations published the Production Gap Report on 20 November 2019. The report assesses the gap between countries’ planned production of coal, oil and gas and Paris Agreement goals. The report is first of its kind that measures the gap between set targets as per the agreement and actual measures taken by countries under it.
