Total opens Singapore's Asia Pacific headquarters to raise global investment in fossil fuels, renewable energy firms

French giant of energy, Total S.A. reaffirmed its commitment to Singapore as a strategic hub by opening its regional headquarters at Frasers Tower in Cecil Street to manage its Asia-Pacific businesses.
