UN reports of Zimbabwe's severe food crisis

The United Nations reported on Monday that millions of Zimbabweans could go without enough to eat within weeks if the international community does not provide the country with adequate funding for food aid.

Close to 8 million people— half of the population— now face food insecurity, the World Food Program (WFP) of the global body said.
