US government proposes a 'light-touch' to developing AI regulation

The White House released a draft memorandum on Tuesday explaining the vision to develop AI regulation. The proposed principles by the government prevent federal agencies from "needlessly hamper[ing] artificial intelligence (AI) innovation and growth".
