VIRGINIA GOV. RALPH NORTHAM TO IMPOSE NIGHT CURFEW & OTHER RESTRICTIONS

• Virginia will have a modified stay-at-home order or curfew from midnight to 5 a.m. that won’t be applicable to those going to work or other essential travel said Northam's chief of staff 

• Along with night curfew, Mercer said there will be limit on social gatherings that will be brought down to 10 from 25 and mandatory use of masks in outdoors if social distancing is not possible
