City officials of Barcelona possibly have decided to take a major decision in order to curb unacceptably high levels of air and noise pollution. The conclusion they made was – Ban cars. The proposal first came up in the year 1980, was never implemented. If everything goes just smooth, the idea will soon become a reality.
