According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine broke the Russian army's 'backbone'

Despite the surrender of the vital port city of Mariupol, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claimed Saturday that the Ukrainian army has done considerable damage to Russia's armed forces.

In a television interview, Zelenskyy said that Ukraine had "broken the backbone" of the Russian army. He continued, "They won't be able to get back on their feet for the next few years."
