Co-founders of Google - Larry Page and Sergey Brin will step down from their Parent Company Alphabet.
Sergey Brin was Alphabet’s President while Larry Page was Alphabet's CEO.
In a joint company letter, it was announced that they will be "actively involved as board members, shareholders, and co-founders" and it was "natural time to simplify our management structure".
