Retirees received way more payment by the Energy Ministry than the Consultants for Same Job

As per the findings of Auditor General Pamela Monroe Ellis, the needs of human resource were not taken into account by the Ministry of Science, Energy, as well as, Technology when it made the decision of approving special early retirement for 6 officers in the fifth month of 2018 and their later engagement as consultants on a contract of 1 year.
