The European Union has placed an extended imports ban, which includes rubber products, within the fifth package of its restrictive measures against Moscow.
The additional import ban includes cement, liquor, rubber products, spirits, seafood, and wood. The restrictive measures also include an anti-circumvention measure against potash imports coming in from Belarus.
