The India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), signed on Friday in New Delhi and Abu Dhabi, would benefit Indian exports worth $26 billion by eliminating the UAE's 5% import levy on certain commodities.

The CEPA is India's first comprehensive trade agreement with a Gulf nation. In addition, this is India's first trade pact in almost a decade.
