U.S-IRAN TENSIONS PROMPTS JAPAN TO SHARE OIL-RESERVES WITH SOUTH-EAST ASIAN COUNTRIES

Rising tensions between U.S and Iran, has led to increased instability in the Middle Eastern countries. Japan has proposed a diplomatic goodwill gesture as a preventive strategy.
